Boutique Hotel in the Centurion area is looking for a Pastry Chef. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts will be beneficial. Applicants must have 5 or more years’ experience in pastry, preferably in a Hotel environment. Must have extensive experience in creating pastries and desserts. Strong baking skills essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pastry / dessert department. Must be creative and passionate about food. Ability to create and follow recipes essential.
