Established Restaurant in Hazelwood is looking for a Junior Restaurant Manager with 2+ years sit-down Restaurant management experience. (Not fast food) Applicants must have front & back of house management experience. Ability to manage staff is essential. Main duties will include customer relations, stock management and general Restaurant administration. Looking for a well-spoken candidate who is fluent in English. Must have strong organizing skills with the ability to multi-task. References must be contactable. Must be able to do cash-ups and have experience in opening and closing procedures.
