A modern steakhouse located in Linksfield is actively seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager/Chef. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in kitchen management or as a chef, with a solid foundation in an a la carte restaurant environment. The role requires effective coordination and management of a bustling kitchen operation. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing stock management, handling variances, and preparing stock reports. The successful candidate must exhibit strong staff management skills and be capable of leading a kitchen brigade. Additionally, experience in food cost management, kitchen hygiene, and administrative duties is essential. The restaurant is looking for a hands-on manager who can multitask efficiently.
