Upmarket busy Bar in Rosebank is looking for a senior manager. Candidates must have strong bar management skills with the ability to manage liquor stocks. 6+ Years experience in a Restaurant Bar environment required. Applicants must be able to work evenings and late hours. The position is suitable for individuals with good staff management and training skills. Looking for someone with good communications and customer relations abilities. Main duties will include bar stock administration, opening and closing procedures. Good references essential.
