A well-established restaurant in Linksfield is seeking to fill the position of Senior Restaurant Manager. Candidates with over six years of experience in restaurant management will be considered. The ideal applicant should possess comprehensive management skills, capable of overseeing both front and back of house operations. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential. Preference will be given to individuals with a stable employment history and strong references. Key competencies include staff management, training, stock control, and familiarity with opening and closing procedures. This role is suited for dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who thrive in high-pressure environments. Strong customer relations skills are a must.
