Restaurant Staff
An upscale restaurant located in the Fourways area is currently hiring for a senior sous chef. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant senior chef experience and preferably hold a formal culinary arts qualification. We seek an individual who is passionate about food and knowledgeable about the latest food trends. Experience in an à la carte restaurant is a must. The main responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining food quality, and managing kitchen operations. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who can perform well under pressure. Strong stock management and cost control skills are essential, along with an outgoing personality for this cooking and management role. Salary R 15 – 20 K net (depending on experience).
