Supermarket / Food Store in Midrand has a Bakery Production Manager position available. Looking for individuals with experience in commercial or retail baking management. Main duties will include quality control, quantity control, staff management and stock control. Ability to think fast and work with high volumes essential. Looking for someone with knowledge of various different types of breads, desserts, cakes and pastries. the ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast passed and high pressured environment.
