Senior Restaurant Management position available at Restaurant in Vryburg North West. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant general management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Looking for a hands on manager who can work alone and lead a team. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Main duties will include staff management/training, opening and closing procedures and general Restaurant administration. The person will also be in charge of a small gift shop inside the Restaurant.
