Senior Restaurant Manager required for trendy Restaurant in Bedfordview. Will consider candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience. Looking for a candidate with good customer relations and staff management skills. Must have front of house and general kitchen management experience. Duties will include stock control, Restaurant administration as well as cash-ups. Applicants must be skilled in opening & closing procedures.
