Main duties will be managing the back of house and will include some front of house management responsibilities. Applicants must be skilled in stock control, food costing, quality control and Restaurant administration. Candidates must have long working history with previous employers, no hob hoppers will be considered. Position suitable for candidates who are hardworking and able to work alone.
