New Restaurant in Hazelwood Pretoria is looking for a General Manager / Operator. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Will only consider individuals with proven track record and good references. Looking for someone with a hands-on management style. Must be skilled is all facets of Restaurant management including staff management & training, Restaurant administration, stock management, food cost management, opening and closing procedures. Applicants with long working history at previous employers preferred. Must be energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team.
