Restaurant Staff
Operations Manager needed for quick service Restaurant group with 3 branches in Johannesburg North. The one Restaurant also has a production kitchen delivering products for off site sales. Candidates must have 6+ years experience in multi-unit management. The successful candidate will oversee the 3 branches and will be activity involved in the day to day running of the three branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for all staff related matters, general administration, stock management, cash-ups and general operations. Will be responsible for maximizing store potential. General duties include the maintaining of brand standards and service levels as well as doing shop reports. The position is suitable for a self motivated ambitious candidate with a hands on management style. Candidates must also have knowledge of high end food production. Experience in health & safety beneficial. Experience in multi-store management essential. Must have own car and stay near the Jhb North area. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
