Junior Restaurant Management position available with Restaurant in the Waterkloof area. Position suitable for an ambitious candidate with good customer relations skills. Will be expected to run the Restaurant floor with the management team and deal with service quality control. 2+ Years relevant Restaurant management experience required. Strong wait staff management skills essential. Well spoken and well groomed candidates preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment essential. Must have a good understanding of general Restaurant administration, stock control as well as opening & closing procedures. R 8000 – 10000K gross (Not negotiable).
