Head Chef / Senior Kitchen Manager needed for busy trendy Restaurant in Parktown North. Candidates must have 6+ years chef & kitchen management experience in a an a la carte kitchen. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Applicants must have a strong pallet and must have knowledge of modern food trends. Excellent cooking skills required. Chef candidates with strong management experience in a Restaurant environment will be preferred. Looking for candidates who can work in a busy fast paced environment.
