Chef position available with new quick service / take away Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for someone with experience in creating shawarmas / wraps and other similar food types. Must be a foodie with up to date knowledge of modern health food trends. The suitable candidate will be responsible for running the complete kitchen operation from production to delivery. Must be skilled in stock management, food cost, potion control, kitchen administration, health & safety, menu planning as well as staff management and training. Ideal for a hands on chef with a passion for food. Must be able to work alone and take responsibility.
