Senior Restaurant manager required for Bakery style Restaurant in Bedfordview. Looking for candidates with 6+ year Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills both front & back of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure. The position is ideal for someone who has good time management skills and who works well alone. Salary R 13000 – 15000 nett per month.
