Franchise Restaurant in the Kempton Park area has a Sous Chef position available. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in al la carte cooking and food delivery essential. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration. Must be a hand-on chef that can cook dishes as per group standards. Duties will also include staff management and training. Ability to run a pass beneficial. Formal qualification preferred.
