Restaurant manager required for new Restaurant opening in Gezina Pretoria. Must have 5+ years Restaurant management experience. Looking for an all-rounder who can run a 80 seater front and back of house. Ideal for someone who can work alone and lead a team. Main duties will include staff management, stock management, customer relations, Restaurant administration, cash ups, opening & closing procedures. Applicants must be passionate about Restaurants and have good references from past employers. Can only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates.
