Upmarket Restaurant group in Sandton is looking for a Front of House Manager for their Retail food section. Looking for someone with good knowledge of specialty breads, pastries and general food items. The suitable candidate will have strong customer relations skills and must have an eye for detail. Looking for someone who is fluent in English and that has good communications skills. Main duties will include stock control, food presentation, quality management and customer relations.
