Restaurant Group Central Kitchen in Midrand is looking for a Production manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process and will report to the operations manager. Knowledge of meat management / production required. Looking for someone with 5 or more years’ experience in food production management. Ideal for candidates who are skilled is food costing, health & safety, quality and quantity control. Main duties will include stock, systems and process management. Ability to manage risk essential. Applicants must have strong staff management and training skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Tertiary qualification in production management required. Must have previous experience in the FMCG production environment.
