New upmarket Restaurant / Bar with live music / DJs opening in the Fourways area is looking for a General Manager. Looking for someone with an outgoing personality and with strong customer relations skills. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant / Bar management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant / Bar operation. Applicants must be well spoken with a long working history at previous employers. All references must be contactable. Looking for a fast thinker with strong organizing abilities. Knowledge and ties to the music / DJ industries essential, will be expected to book and manage all live entertainment. Applicants must ambitious, self-motivated and energetic. Looking for long term commitment. Must be able to function efficiently in a multi-cultural environment. Salary R 30000 – 35000 K to start Only serious managers need to apply.
