Restaurant Staff
Head Chef position available with Restaurant / function venue in the Rustenburg area. Candidates must have 8+ years chef & kitchen management experience. Experience in all styles of food delivery required. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be the food preparation, creation and implementation of menus & kitchen control systems, stock management and kitchen administration. Candidates must be able to run a busy pass. The Head chef will be in control of the Restaurant kitchen as well as the function facility kitchen. Looking for a hands on chef with good references. Chef qualification required.
