Established fine-dining Restaurant in Waterkloof Pretoria is looking for a senior front of house Restaurant Manager. Will consider individuals with 7+ years Restaurant management experience. Candidates must have very strong front of house management skills with the ability to manage staff and Restaurant administration. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Duties will include floor management, cash ups, staff management and stock control. Position is suitable for candidates who can lead a team and who can handle pressure. Knowledge of food and wine pairing beneficial. All references must be contactable.
