Restaurant Manager required for trendy new Restaurant in Sandton. Will consider candidates with 7+ years Restaurant management experience. Looking for a candidate with good customer relations and staff management skills. Must have strong front of house and general kitchen management experience. Duties will include stock control, Restaurant administration, quality control, service control, opening & closing procedures. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, hardworking and passionate about Restaurants. Very high-end environment. R15000 – 20000 K nett per month.
