Popular Italian Restaurant in the Roodepoort area is looking for a Kitchen Manager / Chef. Looking for individuals with 7+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience in a Restaurant environment. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main duties will be stock management, variances and stock reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and able to lead a kitchen brigade. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, hygiene and kitchen administration. This is primarily a management role not a cooking role. Only strong confident candidates need to apply.
