Restaurant manager required for fine dining Restaurant in the Brooklyn area. Looking for candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience preferably in a high end Restaurant. Strong front of house management skills required, must also be strong with customer relations, staff management & training. Can only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates. Looking for individuals who can run a Restaurant floor and a busy service. Must be able to work in team. Very high end environment. Main duties will include customer relations, stock control, opening & closing procedures, general administration. Starting salary R 12000 – 15000 K nett.
