Restaurant Manager required for established Coffee Shop and Deli in the Bedfordview area. Looking for candidates with 5+ year Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills both front & back of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure. The position is ideal for someone who can lead a team and that has good time management skills. Salary R 15000 – 18000 nett per month.
