Senior Restaurant Manager required for trendy Restaurant in Midrand. Will consider candidates with 6+ years Restaurant management experience. Looking for a candidate with good customer relations and staff management skills. Must have front of house and general kitchen management experience. Duties will include stock control, Restaurant administration as well as cash-ups. Applicants must be skilled in opening & closing procedures. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, hardworking and passionate about Restaurants. Must be able to lead a team and work alone. Serious managers only. R14000 – 17000 K nett per month.
