Restaurant Staff
Established Restaurant in Rustenburg is looking for an all round senior Manager to join the team. Candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must be experienced in front and back of house. Looking for someone who is ambitious, hardworking and eager to grow their career with a leading Restaurant. Experience in a busy Restaurant environment preferred. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Must have good knowledge of general kitchen management procedures. All references must be contactable. Main duties will include staff management/training, opening and closing procedures, stock control, kitchen management and general Restaurant administration. Looking for someone who can lead a team. Must also be able to manage events ands functions. Salary R 15000 – 20000 K CTC Only serious managers need to apply. Must be able to organize own accommodation, this is not a live-in job.
