Franchise Restaurant in the Kempton Park area has a kitchen management position available. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte kitchen essential. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be stock management and food quality control. Will also be responsible for kitchen staff as well as cleanliness of the kitchen. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration.
