Sous Chef needed for busy fine dining Restaurant in Fourways. Candidates must have 5+ years chef & kitchen management experience in an a la carte kitchen. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Applicants must have a strong pallet and must have knowledge of modern food trends. Excellent cooking skills required. Looking for candidates who can work in a busy fast paced environment.
