5 Star Hotel / Guest House with Restaurant in Pretoria East is looking for a Restaurant manage. Looking for candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience in a high end Restaurant or Hotel Restaurant environment. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Strong front of house and back of house management skills required. The ideal candidate will have good customer relations and staff management & training skills. Can only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates. Main duties will include customer relations, stock control, general administration, opening & closing procedures. Must be able to work in a team and work well under pressure. Very high end environment. Formal qualification will be beneficial. Starting salary R 12000 – 15000 K nett.
