Trendy Group Italian Restaurant in Waterkloof Pretoria is looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager. Candidates with 5+ years Restaurant senior management experience will be considered. Must have very strong front of house management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge. Main duties will include stock control, staff management, customer relations, opening & closing procedures. Must also have a good understanding of all back of house management procedures. All references must be contactable. Must be, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed.
