Established upmarket Restaurant in Waterkloof is looking for a Manager to join the team. Candidates must have 3+ years relevant Restaurant management experience. Must have strong communication abilities and must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Looking for someone who is self motivated, ambitious and eager to learn. Main duties will include stock control, general Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone with good staff management and customer relations skills.
