New upmarket Restaurant in Sandton has 2 front of house manageress positions available. Positions suitable for candidates with 4 or more years front of house Restaurant management experience. Must have very strong customer relations and communications skills. Will be expected to run the Restaurant floor and lead the front of house team. Looking for someone with good staff management and training skills. Well-spoken and well-groomed candidates preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment essential. Must have a good understating of general Restaurant management procedures. Must be customer orientated with the ability to run a seating plan. Salary for position are between R 10000 – 18000 CTC depending on experience. Lunch and evening trade, so hours will include evening and weekend shifts.
