Expanding Restaurant group is looking for young junior Restaurant manager can be trained up and work as a floating manager for the group. Candidates must have 3+ years management experience. Applicants must have strong knowledge of stock control and general Restaurant controls. Experience is opening & closing, cash ups, staff management and Restaurant administration essential. The successful candidate will train and work in different stores throughout Jhb North and South.
