Established Restaurant in Waterkloof has a Sous Chef / Prep Chef position available. Looking for individuals with 5+ years sous chef experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment. Applicants must be skilled in following recipes and cooking meals according to set standards and strict guidelines. Experience in an up-market environment preferred. Looking for someone who is skilled in stock management, variances and food cost reporting. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the ability to work under pressure. Must be skilled in setting up all food prep for a service. This is a cooking role with management responsibilities. Salary R 8000 – 10000 K CTC.
