Kitchen Manager – Alberton

Kitchen Manager position available with busy Restaurant in Southgate area. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant kitchen management experience. Experience in an al a carte style Restaurant essential. Catering and hotel experience only wont do. Must have good all round kitchen management skills. Main duties will include stock control, quality control and staff management. The suitable candidate will make sure the kitchen is clean at all time and that hygiene procedures are followed. Must be able to count stock. Must be hard working and able to work under pressure. This is primarily a management role. Salary R 10000 – 12000 K nett.
