Established Trendy Italian franchise Restaurant in the Ruimsig Roodepoort area is looking for an energetic Senior Restaurant Manager. Candidates with 7+ years senior Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation front and back of house. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed.
