Upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston is looking for a well-spoken Restaurant Manager with 4+ years Restaurant management experience to join the team. Applicants must have good front of house as well as back of house management skills. The ability to manage and train staff is essential. Main duties will include customer relations, stock management and general floor management duties. Looking for a well-groomed candidate who is fluent in English. All references must be contactable.
