60 Room Hotel in Lagos Victoria Island is looking for Sous Chef
Experience in a high-end Hotel environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in all types of food delivery is essential. Very high paced and busy environment. Strong analytical skills needed. Job hoppers will not be considered.
Salary US$ 2000 (with additional bonus on monthly targets when met)
