Executive Sushi Chef required for new Restaurant opening in Sandton. Applicants with 10+ years sushi chef experience will be considered. Must be able to create a complete sushi menu from scratch. Looking for someone who can manage and train staff on new sushi dishes. Will be expected to set up whole sushi section, must be skilled in stock management and quality control Must have knowledge of modern sushi trends and modern sushi dishes.
