Established trendy Restaurant in Bedfordview is looking for a Senior Manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as senior manager will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Strong kitchen management knowledge, including stock control and food cost required. Salary 15 – 20K net.
