Restaurant managers required for new trendy Restaurant / Bar in the Centurion area. Candidates must be hardworking and have 4+ years Restaurant management experience. Ability to manage & train staff a must. Strong customer relations skills very important. Must have solid front and back of house management experience. Looking for individuals who can run a busy Restaurant floor and someone who can work in a team. Main duties will include stock management, opening/closing procedures, Restaurant admin and general management duties. Candidates must be ambitious and hardworking. Very busy environment.
