Restaurant manager required for leading upmarket trendy Restaurant in Bedfordview. Will consider junior and senior management candidates with 5 or more years Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills both front & back of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills are essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure. The position is ideal for someone who can lead a team and who has good organizing skills. Salary R 15 – 20 K net per month depending on experience.
