Trendy Restaurant in the Kempton Park area is looking for a Manager. Will consider candidates with 4+ years Restaurant management experience. Ability to manage & train staff a must. Strong customer relations skills required. Must have strong front of house and general kitchen management experience. Main duties will include stock control, cash ups, floor management, opening & closing procedures. Knowledge of liquor costings essential. Will only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates.
