Restaurant Supervisor required for 5 star Restaurant / venue in Franschhoek. Looking for young energetic candidates with 4+ years Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills specifically in front of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure.
