New trendy Restaurant / Tapas Bar in Rosebank is looking for a General Manager. Candidates with at least 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken with good customer relations skills. Will only consider individuals with the ability to run a front, back of house and Bar. Strong knowledge of beverage stock control required. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong general control systems, staff management and training skills. The Restaurant trades until 01h00 am so applicants must be able to work late evenings.
