Restaurant / Pub in Hartbeespoort is looking for a General Restaurant Manager with 8+ years Restaurant management experience to join the team. Applicants must have good front of house as well as back of house management skills. Ability to manage and train staff essential. Main duties will include customer relations, stock management, opening and closing procedures. The property also has a small retail shop that has to be managed. Looking for a well-groomed candidate who can lead a team and who works well alone. All references must be contactable.
