Restaurant / Function Venue in Centurion is looking for a senior chef. Looking for individuals with 4+ years sous / head chef experience in an a la carte Restaurant & banqueting environment. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation. Must have expensive food knowledge with the ability to develop recipes. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to lead a kitchen brigade and train staff. Only experienced candidates with good kitchen administration skills will be considered. Very high paced and busy environment. Salary R 13 – 16 K net.
